Our lab is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to investigate exciting questions regarding the roles of chromatin and 3D nuclear architecture in regulating gene expression during retinal development and disease. 

Postdocs: A background in developmental neuroscience, computational biology, genomics or related fields is preferred. Interested applicants should send their CV, including contact information for three references to aldirii@pitt.edu. 

Graduate students: The lab has several research opportunities for rotating  students. We accept graduate students through CNUP Neuroscience Graduate Program, Integrative Systems Biology Program and Interdisciplinary Biomedical Graduate Program. Undergrads: The lab welcomes well organized, highly motivated undergraduate students. We offer opportunities for talented undergrads to work independently on their own projects.
